A five-day rejuvenating Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

The programme aims to teach you the essential Mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills to cope better with life’s many challenges. Whether you want to learn how to overcome problems with depression, stress and anxiety; or whether you want to work on preventing any of these problems happening to you:

The Programme

The programme consists of an introductory evening and ten sessions of 90 minutes of training mindfulness and CBT techniques. The sessions are convened in the mornings (9.30 AM-11 AM & 11.30AM -1PM), leaving the afternoons free to engage in self-directed practice, switch off completely and enjoy the environment or select any of the other optional healing activities: horse riding, therapeutic massage, individual CBT-session, individual mindfulness session or mindful walking.

* 9.00am - 1.00pm Staying present, allowing and letting be
* 9.00am - 1.00pm Maintaining a balance in life: mental hygiene!

The Location

The location for this course is the beautiful Algarve, on the Atlantic coast in the Algarve (Southern Portugal).

We will select a pleasant and peaceful venue for the course.

Conditions

Reservations can be made with a deposit of 50% of the fee. The remainder of the fee needs to be paid at least 30 days before the first day of the course.
